玫芦消痤膏治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效观察

Treatment effect of with meiluxiaozuo cream on acne vulgaris

目的 评价玫芦消痤膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法 采用随机对照的方法,治疗组使用玫芦消痤膏患处局部外用,对照组局部外用复方硫黄洗剂。结果 治疗组总有效率76％,对照组总有效率51.8％。两组总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 玫芦消痤膏治疗寻常痤疮安全、有效,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Meiluxiaozuo cream against acne vulgaris. METHODS With random contrast, in the treatment group, Meiluxiaozuo cream was applied in the skin leisons, and in the contrst group, combined sulfur lotion was applied in skin eruptions. RESULTS General effective rate in the treatment group was 76% and the rate in the contrast group was 51. 8%. There was marked difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS Meiluxiaozuo cream against acne vulgaris is safe, effective and can be widely used clinically.
