细粉催化剂在流化床中的密度分布(一) 被引量:2

摘要 在塔内径d为0.294m、高h为11.4m的有机玻璃塔中,以冷空气为介质,对工业的催化裂化再生催化剂进行了流态化实验研究。其条件是:催化剂固定床高H0与塔内径之比(H。/d)分别为1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0;空塔气速U_f在0.1~1.0m/s范围内。根据测得的塔内轴向各相邻点之间的压差,计算床层各段的平均密度,探讨了流化床中催化剂密度沿床高的分布规律和密相密度随气速的分布规律,得出了有关的分布图和关联式。 A study of fluidization experiment for commercial regenerated catalyst of catalytic-cracking in an organic glass tower(0.294m inner dia., 11.4m hei- ght) by making use of cold air as a medium was conducted. The experimen- tal condition includes the ratio of fixed bed height H_0 to the inner diameter of the tower d(H_0/d): 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, the gas velocity in the free cross section. of the tower U_f is in a range of (0.1-1.0) m/s. According to the pressure difference measured at the adjoining points in axial direction of the tower, the average density of every section for the bed, the distri- bution regularity of catalyst density in the fluidized bed and distribution regularity of density of the dense phase with the air speed were explored.
