摘要
以青藏高原生态环境构成和社会经济发展。分析了西藏自治区存在的生态环境问题及生态环境发展趋势 ,提出生态环境建设分区及区域生态环境建设对策。
Qinghai_Xizang Plateau acts as the river's resource and ecological resource of our country and south Asia; its ecological environment not only forms the base of local socio_economic development, but also influences the environment and socio_economic development of the neighboring regions. Protecting and constructing ecological environment is of great significance for the stability of socio_economy and sustainable development. This paper analyzed the problems and developing trend of ecological environment, divided the ecological environment into 4 constructing areas, and proposed constructing countermeasures for each area.
