摘要 研究的汽车催化器非稳态数学模型既考虑非定常流动的影响 ,又考虑到发动机与催化器之间的相互作用 ,能够探讨发动机与催化器之间的匹配问题。首先介绍催化器非稳态数学模型的理论基础和实验结果 ,之后利用非稳态模型分析了催化器性能的各种影响因素 ,如催化剂的装载量 ,装载方式 ,载体结构参数及催化器安装位置。 Numerical models are an important method to study and design automobile catalytic cojnverters.The unsteady model discussed in this paper which accounts for the unsteadiness of the converter working process and the interaction between engines and converts,can study how to match engine and converter.After introducing the theory and the experimental investigation of the unsteady model of converter,effects of various design parameters and operating conditions (for example,catalyst quantity,catalyst loading model,structure parameters of substrate,fixing position of converters,etc) oin the converter performance are investigated by numerical computation.The results are useful for improving and optimizing the converter.
