摘要
用超临界CO2 进行中药丹皮的提取 ,用紫外光谱和气相色谱 -质谱联用法进行分析 ,用正交实验法研究了提取温度、压力和时间的影响 ,结果表明丹皮中丹皮酚的质量分数为 1.5 3% ,丹皮酚最佳提取工艺条件为在 45℃ ,10MPa下 ,提取 75min ,在此提取条件下 ,可以将丹皮中 99%(质量分数 )的丹皮酚提取出来 ,所得产品丹皮酚的质量分数为 96 .2 49%
The traditional Chinese medicine Cortex moutan was extracted by supercritical CO2. UV and GS - MS were used in product analysis. The influences of temperature, pressure and extraction time were studied with orthogonal test. It is found that there is 1.53% (w/w) paeonol in Cortex moutan. The best extraction conditions were 45 °C, 10 MPa and 75 min. Under these conditions, 99% (w/w) of paeonol in Cortex moutan can be selectively extracted. The product contains 96.249% (w/w) paeonol.
