摘要
用犬弓首线虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原(TES-Ag)ELISA检测了成都地区学龄前儿童血清抗弓首线虫(Toxocara spp)幼虫特异性抗体。阳性率分别为:家隹成都市区儿童2.1%(4/186);成都市郊县农村儿童17.7%(59/333);近期有人蛔虫感染的成都市区儿童2.6%(1/38)。从有弓首线虫幼虫感染临床表现的病儿血清检出抗弓首线虫幼虫抗体阳性者10人。ELISA抑制试验结果表明TES-Ag对抗弓首线虫幼虫抗体有明显抑制作用,表明用此TES-Ag作ELISA检测受检者血清抗弓首线虫幼虫抗体具有较强的特异性。积极开展弓首线虫幼虫致病、诊断、流行和防治等研究,对保护儿童健康有重要意义。
Excretory-secretory antigens from the culture of Toxocara canis larvae were used as ELISA (TES-Ag-ELISA ) to detect the serum antibodies against toxocara larvae for preschool children in Chengdu area.Of 557 children in different groups,the positive rate were 2. l%(4/186)in the group from urban area; 17. 7%(59/333)in those from suburban rural area and 2. 6% (l/38)in those recently infected with A. lumbricoides, respectively. All of 10 children cases with eosinophilia and other clinical symptoms ,being suspected of toxocariasis, were positive in TES-Ag-ELISA. The results of the survey suggested ,the presence of the infection with the larva of Toxocara spp. ,both in rural and urban areas of China. The incidence of toxocara infection in preschool children from rural area,may be higher than that of urban area. It is notice able that some of the clinical patients with eosinophilia may be infected with toxocara larva.
