摘要
本项研究用病毒分离和RT-PCR技术检测大白鼠吸入流行性出血热病毒气溶胶后观察EHFV在各脏器的分布,结果发现大白鼠吸入EHFV气溶胶后30天即在心、肺、肾、脾和肝等脏器组织中用病毒分离和RT-PCR扩增技术检测到EHFV和EHFV-RNA,证实了EHFV由吸入感染引起。这对研究气溶胶吸入感染机理和传播方式提供了可靠的科学依据。
We stuaied the distribution of EHFV-RNA in the organs of the rats inhaling EHFV with RT-PCR. we have detected EHFV-RNA in the heart, lung, kidney, spleen , liver and other organs of the rats that had inhaled EHFV aerosol 30 days before. It proved that EHFV-RNA resulted from respiratory in fection. we have also separated EHFV from the positive tissues. The paper has provided a reliable scientific evidence to the research of aerosol infection via the respiratory tract and the route of transmission respiratory tract and the route of transmission.
