类志贺邻单胞菌与EPEC等菌属的抗原关系研究

Study for Relation Between Antigens of Bacteria PS and EPEC et al.

从腹泻患者的粪便中分离到五株类志贺邻单胞菌(PS)、经血清学分型:两株为PSO_5,PSO_(23),三株为PS新的血清型。其中PSO_(23)与ShC_(13)有共同抗原。新的血清型中有1株与shA_3、shC_(17)和EPECO_(124)B_(17)有共同抗原。迄今为止,关于PS与EPEC的抗原关系尚未见报道。

This paper reported five strains of PS isolated from the stool of children who suffered from diarrhea. Two strains belonged to PS : O5,O23. The others are new antigens typ of PS. There was acom-mon antigen in both PS : O23 and SH : C13. A strain not a PS : O1-50 not only had common antigen with SH : A3,C17,but also had common antigen EPEC : O124 B17. So for the relation between antigen of PS and EPEC has not been reported.
