华支睾吸虫在大鼠体内发育的乙酰胆碱酯酶的组织化学定位 被引量:3

摘要 应用显示乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的组织化学方法观察华支睾吸虫神经系统在终宿主体内的发育过程。结果表明,后尾蚴尚无神经系统的基本雏型。第3天幼虫隐约出现部分后腹神经干。第5天幼虫中枢神经节和由此伸出的部分后腹神经干已经形成。第7天幼虫后腹神经干明显增粗,并延至体后1/7处,从中枢神经节还发出另外2对神经干,一对是后侧神经干,另一对是后背神经干,这三对向后的纵行神经干之间开始有许多纤细的横向神经连接。第9天幼虫开始向前发出4对神经干,后腹神经干伸延至虫体末端。第11天后,神经联系愈加丰富,第19—21日神经系统发育完善。生殖器官内亦存在AchE。 The development of the nervous system of clonorchis sinensis was studied histochemically by using acetylthiocholine iodide as a substrate. It was observed that there were no any nervous constru-tion in the excysted metacercaria on the first day- The ventral posterior nerve trunks were faint on the third day. Central nerve ganlia and parts of dorsal posterior nerve trunks were formed on the fifth day, on seven day latter, the dorsal poterior nerve ttunks became thick remarkbly and ran to the caudal one seventh portion of the body. Another two pairs of nerve trunks origionated from central ganglia, namely, lateral posterior nerve trunk and posterior nerve trunk. Three nerve trunks were linked by many fine transverse nerve fibrels. On the nineth day,four pairs of anterior trunks could be seen and the dorsal posterior nerve trunks arrived the end of the body. On Eleven days the fibrels linking the nervous trunks become more plentiful. In the end , it .was the nintith to twentieth day that the development of nervous system was completed. In addition, the Acetylcholinesterase was positive in the reproductive organ of the worm.
