摘要
本文采用15％乙二醇为弓形虫速殖子保护剂,对11株虫株按慢冻速融法进行液氮冻存,经复苏观察存活率达100％;部分虫株已长达5年之久。为深入开展分子生物学和免疫学研究提供物质基础。
In this paper the methods for long term cryopreservation for Toxoplasma tachyzoites using % Ethylene glycol in liquid nitrogen. Whole 14 strain of Toxoplasma tachyzoites, after 4-5 years storges, the viability as been from 5-81% when rocoverd. The Toxoplasma tachyzoites wrer transferred into the mouse peritoned cavity for viability, and infectivity were not affected.This method was shown to be a harmless , highly effeciency timesaving, simple and ease for the cryopreservation of Toyaplasma gondii tachyzoites.
