Quantitative and Constitution Analysis of Amino Acids in Red and White-body Leptotrombidium deliense

本文为地里纤恙螨红、白体色的相同虫龄和饥饿2周排清体内代谢产物后的成虫氨基酸组分和含量测定,两体色均含有17种氨基酸;红体色(645.59mg/g)的总含量低于白体色(748.189mg/g)的总含量,差数102.599mg/g;除组氨酸的含量红体色(56.69mg/g)比白体色(39.11mg/g)高17.58mg/g外;其余16种均是红体色低于白体色,其中低于10mg/g以上的氨基酸达5种,低于5～10mg/g的7种,低于1～4.9mg/g的3种与低于0.1～1mg/g的2种。

This paper reports on the components and content of amino acid in red and white-body Leptotrombidium deliense. The components of 17 species amino acids in the two strains are the same; there are 16 species amino acids are higher in white body than in red-body L. deliense, and the total amount of amino acids in white-body strain is 102. 599mg/g higher than the red-body strain, but the content of histidine is more high in red-body strain (56. 69mg/g) than the white-body strain (39. 11mg/g).
