摘要
城市区级医院业务量小、效益低下及卫生资源浪费是个由来已久、亟待解决的难题。文章从调查研究入手 ,对现有利弊进行深刻的揭示与剖析 。
The fact that urban district hospitals are confronted with insufficient business volume, low benefits and waste of health resources is a Long standing and difficult problem needing prompt solution. The paper, starting with investigation, offers a deep revelation and analysis of the current the accumulated bad practices and put forward strategies and methods as solutions to the problems.
