摘要
聘用护士作为一个特殊的群体 ,已经成为军队医院护理队伍不可缺少的力量 ,其素质直接影响着护理队伍整体素质 ,也影响着护理质量的提高。文章分析了目前聘用护士管理存在的主要问题 ,以及聘用护士存在的重要性与必要性 ,提出了聘用护士要实施法规化、规范化管理的对策 ,即用法律、规定、制度加强对聘用护士的管理 。
The special group of contract nurses has become an indispensable force of the nursing contingent in army hospitals. Its quality has therefore a direct impact on the overall quality of the nursing contingent and on the improvement of nursing quality. The paper offers an analysis of the major problems in the management of contract nurses at present and points out the importance and necessity of employing contract nurses. Then it puts forward measures for the standardized management of contract nurses, viz. Strengthening the management of contract nurses by means of laws, regulations and systems so as to enhance their overall quality.
