湘江风光带开发与莱茵河风光带对比研究

A Comparative Study of the Development of Xiang River Scenic Belt and Rhine River Scenic Belt

本文通过湘江风光带与莱茵河旅游风光带对比研究 ,认为两河在水文方面具有相似性 ,但在资源、基础设施和市场方面有很大区别 ,湘江沿岸受观光旅游资源的限制 ,达不到像莱茵河那样开发成国际一流的沿江游赏风光带的整体水平 ,但现阶段可从近城区的江段入手 ,以洲滩为重点 ,逐渐发展成度假休闲型的水上风光带 ,并提出了开发策略。

The integration of three cities in Hunan Province——Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is an important project in the Tenth Five Year Plan of our country. Xiang River Scenic Belt is one of its contents. The paper, through a comparative study with Rhine River Scenic Belt, holds that there is similarity of the two rivers. Such as hydrologic situation. However, thlere is big difference in terms of resources, infrastructure and market. The author thinks Xiang river coast is restricted by its tourist resources and it is hard to develop it into a first rate international coastal scenic belt like Rhine River Bet But we can start with the river section close to the city proper, with an emphasis of the beach, and gradually develop it into a holiday making water scenic belt. A developing tactic is also offered.
