冠心苏合丸抗胃溃疡作用机理初探

EXPLORATION OF ANTI-STOMACH ULCER ROLE OF GUAN XIN SU HE PILLS

用束缚水浸法制作应激性胃溃疡模型,采用托弗指示剂和酚酞二步滴定法,测定胃酸度,计算出游离酸量、总酸排出量,并测定胃蛋白酶含量单位.用冠心苏合丸进行治疗,观察胃溃疡损伤指数、溃疡愈合率等病理变化.根据实验推测,改善胃粘膜血流量是冠心苏合丸抗溃疡作用的主要机理.

The method of bind and soak with water was used to make the model of stress stomach ulcer in the rats. We determined the gastric acidity, free acid quantity, the output of total acid, the content unit of pepsin with two step titrations for Tofer indicater and phenlphthalein. Treating with Guan Xin Su He Pills, we observed this pathology change of the stamoch ulcer injury indexes and cure rates.The experiment indicated: the principal mechanism of Guan Xin Su He Pills anti-stomach ulcer role was change the volume of flow of gastric mucosa.
