快速循环型情感性疾病51例临床分析

本文对1982年6月至1985年11月门诊及住院诊断为情感性疾病,并符合Dunner快速循环型情感性疾病定义的51例病人的临床症状和类型,发作次数、时间、形式,家族史及甲状腺功能测定等进行了分析,发现RC型有其独特临床特点,其发生机制有待进一步研究。

The prospective,clinical and following-up studies of 51 cases diagnosed as affective disorder with rapid cycling(ADRC) showed that the proportion of ADRC to affective disorder (AD) was 14.9%.The sex ratio of ADRC was 1.13:1 (M-F).which was the same trend as that of AD.The onset age of the males was younger than that of the females.The ADRC patients with subtype bipolar Ⅱ were three times to those with bipolar Ⅰ.Some rapid cyclers had an extremely short period of cycle(32-40 attacks a year).There were no significant differences in the average duration of single attack family history of mental disorders,clinical symptoms and thyroid function between ADRC and non-ADRC.The results indicated that the ADRC seemed to be a special clinical subtype in AD.
