摘要
本实验系采用侧脑室恒压(5.2kPa)注血建立兔脑室出血动物模型来研究BAEP在各个时期的变化,并探讨其变化的病理基础。结果显示:注血后BAEPⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波PL及Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL在3小时内可以正常或轻度缩短,而后随时间逐渐延长,12小时后,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波PL及Ⅰ-Ⅱ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL进一步延长,波幅逐渐降低,Ⅴ至Ⅰ波先后消失。其延长的可能机制:①髓鞘周期线分离;②神经细胞内外Na^+,K^+浓度差下降;③神经递质含量减少。
Acute intraventricular hemorrhage was induced in rabbits by intraventricular injections of blood at 5.2kPa pressure.The change of brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) was observed in all times,and the pathologic mechanism of BAEP alteration was also studied.The results showed the peak latency (Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ) and in-terpeak latency (Ⅰ-Ⅲ ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ) of BAEP waves were normal or mils shortened in posthemorrhagic 3 hours,from then on it was prolonged with the lapse of time.The amplitude of BAEP waves decreased gradually and the waves disappeared in order of Ⅴto Ⅰ after 12 hours.The prolonged mechanism of BAEP waves may be synthetial effect of myelin splitting at the intraperiod line,the concentration gradient reduction for K+ and Na+ on the two sides of nerve cell membrane and neuro-transmitter decrease.
