急性脑梗塞患者血小板膜糖蛋白研究 被引量:25

摘要 利用同位素标记的抗人血小板单克隆抗体SZ-2、SZ-21及SZ-51经直接放免法评估22例急性脑梗塞患者体内血小板的活化程度。结果:1.血浆内血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)的分子数在脑梗塞急性期呈显著增高(P<0.01),缓解期可恢复正常;2.血小板膜糖蛋白Ib在质膜上分子数显著升高(P<O.05),血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅲa及血小板表面GMP一140的分子数未见显著改变;3.血浆内血栓烷B2(TxB_2)的浓度显著升高,Tab2与6-酮-PGF1α的比值显著增高;4.血小板数量未见明显改变。结果提示急性脑梗塞体内血小板的活化程度显著增高,血浆内GMP-140的测定可作为急性脑梗塞的体外特异性诊断新的指标之一。 Platelets in 22 paticents with acute cerebroth-rombosis were studied to evaluate it' s activation degree in vivo. 1. The concetration of alpha-granule membrane protein(GMP-140)in plasma in a- cute phase of cerebrothrombosis was elevated significantly as compared with that of controls (p<0. 01). However,the difference was not signficant between the patients after relief and the controls. 2. The number of GPIb molecules on the platelet surface in 22 patients was significantly increased as compared with that of controls(p<0. 05),while the number of GP Ⅲ. and GMP-140 molecules on the platelet surface was not changed significantly (p >0. 05). 3. The concentration of TXB2 was increased significantly (p<0. 001) in both acute and relief phases of cerebrothrombosis. 4. The platelet counting in cerebrothrombosis was not different strikingly from that of controls. These results indicated that the platelet adhesion and release were enhanced in acute cerebrothrombosis. The measurement of GMP-140 molecules in plasma may be considered as one of the specific diagnostic indexes for cerebrothrombosis in vitro.
