摘要
应用ADAMS软件的CAR模块建立轿车多连杆式前悬架和转向系统的多体运动学模型 ,对主销和前轮定位角进行仿真计算研究。同时还应用空间运动学中的瞬时螺旋轴方法建立同种悬架的数学模型 ,研究分析主销和前轮定位角随车轮上下跳动时的变化规律。采用两种方法仿真计算结果的一致性说明这两种方法都是确定多连杆式前悬架主销和前轮定位角的行之有效的方法。
Kinematic model for a car's front multi-link suspension and steering system was developed using ADAMS/CAR module. An investigation was done of the suspension's kingpin axis and wheel orientation. Simultaneously, a mathematical model was also built using the instant screw axis method. The similar kingpin axis and wheel orientation analysis was also implemented. The consistence of both results shows that either method is accurately fit for calculating of kingpin axis and wheel orientation of front multi-link suspension.
