鼻咽癌放疗后CT扫描残留块影追踪观察

THE OBSERVATION OF FOLLOW UP FOR NPC AFTER RADIOTHERAPY CT SCAN,S WITH RESIDUAL TUMOR MASS

目的 :观察鼻咽癌放疗后 CT扫描残留块影与鼻咽癌复发的关系。方法 :对 15 2例鼻咽癌患者治疗后追踪观察 3～ 7年。对 CT扫描显示有残留块影者 ,结合患者的自觉症状和临床检查 ,对比分析 CT系列片。结果 :鼻咽癌放疗后 CT扫描发现有残留块影占 5 8.5 % ,其中存在咽旁间隙占 2 3% ,颈动脉鞘区占 11.1%。咽旁间隙有残留块影者有 5 1%出现复发转移。颈动脉鞘区有残留块影者有 41%出现复发转移。结论

Objective:To investigation the relation between the nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)recurrent and CT scan's with residual tumor massafter rediotherapy Methods:152 cases of NPC patients were regularity follow up after radiotherapy In the course of reexamination,all patients undergone clinical examination and CT scan's,which series films were analysed Results: The residual rate of tumor mass found to CT films being 58 5% for all NPC patients after treatment Particularly, in parapharyngeal space was 23 0% and in neck arteries sheathed was 11 1% The rate of NPC recurrent in the patients with parapharyngeal space residual tumor mass was 51%, with neck arteries sheathed residual tumor mass was 41% Conclusion:The results suggest: the NPC patients after treatment, in parapharyngeal space and neck arteries sheathed have residual tumor mass that were prediction recurrent factors for NPC
