摘要
在 YC1 0 8QC车用柴油机上进行了燃用不同比例的柴油 -二甲醚混合燃料的研究 ,试验结果表明 ,燃用柴油 -二甲醚燃料时 ,动力性与经济性与原机无明显差异 ,但对改善柴油机的排放有着重要作用 .不仅可以同时降低 NOX 和碳烟排放 ,而且在对燃油系统不改动的情况下 ,柴油机在静态供油提前角为 4°曲轴转角时 ,燃用二甲醚质量分数为 2 0 %的柴油 -二甲醚混合燃料 ,除 HC外 ,其余各项排放均可达到 GB1 9761— 1 999C欧洲第 阶段排放标准 ,和 GB384 7— 1 999压燃式发动机和装用压燃式发动机的车辆排气可见污染物限值及测试方法标准 .
The experimental research of burning various ration diesel and DME mixing fuel on the diesel engine has been done.The results indicate that the power and economic characteristic have no obvious difference in comparison with those of original engine when burn diesel and DME fuel,but it has important effect to the emission of diesel engine.It can decrease the NO x emission and smoke.At the same time,without changing the fuel, system,the other emissions can reach the criteria of GB19761 1999C Europe Ⅰ emissions and DB8347 1999 in using 20% DME diesel mixing fuel except for HC emission in 4°CA staticinjection timing.
