摘要
根据闪光焊接工艺特点和接头的断裂规律 ,研究了 M30 Mn2船用锚链钢闪光焊接头的组织脆化问题 .采用断口金相技术分析了冲击试样断裂方式与焊接组织之间的关系 ;冲击值下降的原因和影响因素 .在分析闪光焊对接头组织脆化机理的基础上 ,提出了消除脆化的工艺方法和热处理工艺 .
Based on the character of flash welding process as well as fracture behave of the joints, this article studies brittle microstructure of flash welding joint of M30Mn2 anchor chains steel and analyzes the relationship between microstructure and fracture properties of Charpy test.It also explains the reasons of Ak drooping and effect factors by TEM technology. On the mechanism of brittle microstructure forming, it gives the eliminating methods and its heat treatment process.
