摘要
本文介绍了我们对球壳角变形研究的全部成果,包括:(a)角变形构成理论:(b)绘制γ—θ曲线,阐述角变形测量样板与球径的相应关系;(c)利用球与板的刚度对比建立力学模型,推出角变形和错边的附加应力计算式;(d)球壳角变形和错边最大组合应力的分析与计算:(e)理论式计算值与现役工业球实测应力值对比验证:(f)角变形区应力场与趋圆现论;(g)探讨角变形附加应力图象及其属性:(h)角变形量控制的建议;(i)角变形计算式的使用范围。
All the achievements we have obtained in studying angle deformation of
spherical shell are introduced in this paper. They include(a) angle deformation
constitute theory, (b) analysis of the correspondence relationship between
angle measure sample plate and spherical radius:r-0, (c)derivation of addition
stress calculation formula for angle deformation and alternate edge: mechani-
cal model of stiffnesses comparison, (d) analysis and calculation of the
maximum combination stress caused by spherical shell angle deformation and
alternate edge, (e) comparing the theoretical value with the measured stress
value from spherical vessels in service. (f)the stress field on angle deforma-
tion area and the tendence circle theory, (g) discussion on the figure of addi-
tional stress caused by angle deformation and its property, (h) proposition
of allowance size of the angle deformation, (i) the suitable range of the ca-
lculation formula for angle deformation.
