摘要
本文以大山区血吸虫病流行区,自然因素,社会因素,生物因素等研究成果为基础,用概率累和法对大山区血吸虫病流行因素进行综合评价。结果以量化的方法表征了各流行因素因子在大山区血吸虫病流行过程中的作用及流行程度。为阻断大山区血吸虫病流行,提供了进一步观察研究的依据。从而证明概率累和法对复杂的生态系统分析具有重要意义。
<ABSTRACT>
Based on the epidemiological data of natural, social and biological
factors collected from schistosomiasis endemic areas in mountainous re-
gions of Sichuan Province, a comprehensive evaluation was made by pr-
obility accumulation test.
The role and intensity of each epidemiological facotr or element
was assessed quantitatively. The results provided scientific basis for in-
terrupting the transmission of schistosomiasis in mountainous regions and
also proved that the probability accumulstion test would be a helpful
method for analysing the epidemiological situation of diseases with co-
mplex ecological system.
