我国与英国短小棒状杆菌苗的质量比较

Comparison of the Quality of Chinese and Imported Corynebacterium Parvum Vaccine

本文对我国与英国短小棒状杆菌苗进行了无菌试验、毒性试验、热原试验、脾激活试验和抑瘤试验,均达到中国生物制品规程要求。其中我国菌苗的脾指数和抑瘤试验的小鼠保护率均高于英国菌苗。

Two inactivated vaccines, i. e. CP89-1(China)and COPARVAX4096 vaccines (British) were examined by sterility test, toxicity test, pyrogenicity test, activated spleen test and tu- mor inhibition test. The results showed that the quality of both vaccines could meet the Chinese Re quirements for the Biological Products. The spleen index and the rate of protection to mice in tumor in- hibition test of CP89-1 were higher than that of COPARVAX4096 vaccine.
