水淬法制备W_丝/Zr基大块金属玻璃复合棒材研究 被引量:5

摘要 用水淬法制备出了 2 0mm× 2 0 0mm的W丝/Zr基大块体金属玻璃复合棒材 ,使用TEM、SEM、XRD和DSC对复合棒材的显微组织进行了分析和研究 。 The W-wires reinforced Zr-based bulk metallic glass matrix composites were prepared by means of water- quenching. The composite rods are 20mm in diameter and 200mm in length.The microstructure of the composites has been studied by means of TEM,SEM,XRD and DSC.The existing problems and the improvement projects of the method are showed.
