摘要
运用扫描电子探针对三牙轮钻头牙掌堆焊界面特征和裂纹的特征进行了分析 ,并采用X -射线衍射仪测定了试件的残余应力。结果表明 ,堆焊层界面缺陷是造成裂纹形成的主要原因。堆焊层表面拉应力导致裂纹的进一步产生与扩展。
The characteristics of the overlaying welding interface and the cracks of the palm of roller bit were studied with SEM.The remainder stress of the sample was tested by means of XRD.The results show that the overlaying welding interface defects are the main reason of the crackle formation ,and the surface pulling stress of the overlaying welding layer results in the further formation and expansion of the crackles.It is suggested that the stress should be reduced by every means during overlaying welding and heat treatment.
