坦克履带销表面强化残余应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 用X射线应力测量仪分别测定了坦克履带销经滚压、喷丸和滚压加喷丸三种表面强化后的表面残余应力。结果表明 ,滚压后履带销的表面残压应力在轴向和切向均较其余二者大 ,故在这三种工艺中 ,滚压应为坦克履带销的最佳表面强化工艺。 The surface residual stresses of tank track pins after being strengthened by means of rolling,shot peening or rolling plus shot peening were measured by X-ray stress measurer,respectively.The results show that,the axial and tangential surface residual stresses of the rolled pins are higher than that of the others.So among the three kinds of technologies,rolling is the best way for surface strengthening of tank track pins.The surface residual stresses of the rolled workpieces can be reduced remarkably by shot peening.
