摘要
为克服磨床的液体式平衡头只能进行喷液平衡而限制其应用的缺点 ,研究了液体平衡头的释放问题 .提出了一种能均匀进液又能释放进行动平衡的新颖平衡头设计方案 ,并且就液体释放中的一些问题作了分析讨论 .实验采用了微机控制全自动平衡方法 .实验证明 ,这种平衡头是可靠的 。
The application of the liquid auto-balancing head which has been used in grinding machine is limited, because the liquid can be projected into the head but can not be released. This problem has been resolved. A new auto-balancing head has been developed, liquid can go into the head equally and the unbalance can be adjusted as the liquid go out from the head. Some problems about liquid release are analyzed and discussed. Micro-computer has been used for the automatic control in the experiment, and it shows that the head is reliable and has good performance in the auto-balancing of rotor.
