摘要
随着因特网和局域网的发展以及PC桌面系统的普及，交互式会议电视传输网的基础正由基于电路交换式的N-ISDN或PSTN向基于分组交换式的IP网络过渡。详细分析了基于IP网络的会议电视系统的组成单元，并讨论了该系统的服务质量（QoS）的保证措施。
With the development of Internet and LAN and with the popularizaion of PC-based desk top system， the basis of interactive video conferencing transmission network is changing from N-ISDN based on circuit switching mode or PSTN to IP network based on packed switching mode． This paper analizes the structure of video conferencing based on IP network in detail， and discusses the measures for ensuring the quality of the service of this system(QoS)．
