摘要
根据STCW78/95公约，天测罗经差是海船驾驶员必须掌握的基本知识。此文对利用航用恒星测定罗经差的基本原理进行探讨，提出通过求解天文三角形获得任何天体真方位的方法和观测航用恒星方位求取罗经差的步骤。
The seagoing ship’s officer must master the basic knowledge of using celestial bodies to determine compass error in accordance with the requirements of STCW78/95 convention.The basic principles of using navigational stars to determine the compass error are discussed in the paper.The methods for getting true bearing of any celestial body by calculation of astronomical triangle and the steps for determining the compass error by observing the bearing of navigational stars are advanced.
