摘要
针对三带四柱B型逆流模拟移动床色谱 (SimulatedMovingBedChromatography ,简称SMBC)系统进行了智能控制设计 .首先利用模糊控制实现了对SMBC系统的稳态过程控制 ,其次利用专家系统控制其动态过程 ,实现了分离产品纯度高、产量大的要求 .实验结果表明 。
This article deals with the design of the intelligent control in accordance with the system of a three_section simulated moving_bed chromatography.Firstly,the fuzzy control is used to control the stable state process of the chromatography system.Secondly,this expert system is used to control the dynamic state process of the chromatography system.The study shows that the purity of the output is high and that the segregated yield is large.The experiments show that the control system has a good dynamic characteristic and robustness.
