摘要
介绍了用微型计算机控制离子氮化炉的一种方法.对原有离子氮化炉抽真空系统、供电系统及相关电路进行改造,包括渗氮温度、直流电压、直流电流、真空度的检测,并根据零件的加工工艺要求,对以上各参数进行控制,使其自动维持在生产工艺范围内,保证了产品的质量稳定.
The paper shows a way to control the ionic nitriding furnace with microcomputer.The system of sprouting vacuum and air_supply,and the relative circuits of the oxisting furnace is changed.The main performance of the furnance in terms of nitriding temperature,DC_voltage,DC_current and vacuum is tested and controlled according to processing requirements for parts streated,so that production quality can be improved.
