摘要
对PC机机座进行了最优化设计 ,建立了以机座弹跳值与机架质量的加权和最小为目标函数 ,包括 7个设计变量 ,2 2个约束条件的优化设计数学模型 .利用惩罚函数法进行了计算 ,得出了最优的设计方案 ,该方案与原设计相比 ,机座质量减少 2 3 5 6 6 % ,机座弹跳值降低 6 34 8% .
The optimum design method is applied in PC base in this paper.The mathematics model is given that regarded the least plus power's sum of base bounce value and frame weight as aim function,which included seven design variables and twenty*.two bind conditions and it used SUM method to calculate and get the best scheme.Compared with the previous scheme,the base weight was reduced 23.566 percent,and base bounce values were decreased 6.348 percent.
