Brought up under the planned admissions and distributions system,the students have the dependent personality after graduation.Along with the building of the market economic system and the trend of higher education being popular the students with the dependent personality have been too difficult to adapt the society,therefore the institute should pay attation to bring up the students to have the modern personality with the independent characteristics of creater.The institute should create situations for bring up this sort of students with the follwing speciality such as the self_confidence of individual survival,the guamption of increasant innovation and the responsibility to nation and career.
