试论按劳分配与按劳动力价值分配

On distribution systems based on labour or on value of labour power

随着市场经济体制改革的深入，解决旧的问题的同时又不断地产生一些新的问题。这些问题的产生是体制转轨过程中的必然现象，如果不及时解决，必将影响我们改革成果的巩固和改革的进程。因此，必须对这些问题给予重视并从理论上使其得到合理的解释。例如：现阶段我国的劳动力是否为商品 ?生活资料的分配是否仍坚持按劳分配 ?按劳分配与按劳动力分配的关系又是如何 ?这些问题都将在本文中得到阐释，以为我国的改革进程廓清迷雾。

With the deepening of the Chinese market reform,new problems are arising while the old ones are being solved.These problems will emerge inevitably in the transitional course of the system but they will have negative effects on our reform’ s achievement if they can’ t be tackled in time.So we must pay attention to the problems and give them an appropriate explanation in theory.For example,is labor goods? Which law shall we refer to in distributing life goods?And what is the relationship between the distribution according to work and labor?In order to guide our reform,all of the problems will be explained in the paper.
