关于我国发展风险投资基金的初步探讨

风险投资基金是我国风险投资的理想方式。但其目前发展存在法律制度不健全、资金来源渠道不畅及退出机制欠完善等问题。因此，要遵循市场规律原则，借鉴国际经验，注重创新，充分发挥政府的作用，进一步加快我国风险投资基金业发展的步伐。

The risk investment fund is the ideal approach to the risk investment.But at present many problems exist in the developing process such as imperfect law system,blocked capital source channels and unhealthy withdrawal system.Therefore,some necessary measures should be taken such as following the principle of market law,drawing lessons from international experiences,attaching great importance to innovation,making best use of the government's role and quickening the development of the risk investment fund in China.
