战后，日本的经济从开始复苏一直到以后的经济高速增长期，日本经济体制在其运作过程中既发挥出了正面效益，同时也暴露出了负面效应。进入 20世纪 90年代，随着国际经济一体化格局的进一步发展和日本国内经济形势的发展变化，日本经济体制中的负面效应越来越突出地表现出来。本文探讨了战后日本逐步采用以至最后形成的日本经济体制的特征，并试图揭示这种经济体制在日本经济高速增长中所起的不可忽视的积极作用，以及 90年代以来日本经济体制暴露出的问题和原因。

After World War II,Japan’ s economy began to recover.The economic system of Japan has played a positive role during its working process but meanwhile it has also revealed its negative effevts.These negatice effects have become more and more obvious with the further development of the international economic integration and the change of Japan’ s economic situation after 1990’ s.This paper will discuss the characteristics of Japan’ s economic system which was adopted after World War II and has taken its final shape since then,and try to reveal the important role that the economic system has played during the rapid development of Japan’ s economy.It also discusses the defects of Japan’ s economic system after 1990’ s and their causes.
