鼻咽癌E-cadherin的表达与bcl-2表达的相关性

Correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and bcl-2 in nasopharyng eal carcinoma

目的 :探讨鼻咽癌组织细胞中E -cadherin的表达和bcl-2基因表达的相互影响。方法 :利用免疫组化方法检测 74例鼻咽癌组织细胞中E -cadherin及bcl -2基因表达 ,计算各例的阳性表达率 ,通过非参数相关样本Wilcoxon检验 ,检验两者的相互关系。结果 :74例鼻咽癌中E -cadherin72例显示不同程度阳性表达 ,阳性率由 5 %至 10 0 % ;bcl -2在 65例中显示不同程度阳性表达。bcl-2中位阳性率明显低于E -cadherin的中位阳性率 (Z =-3 0 2 1,P =0 0 0 3 ) ,且随着E -cadherin阳性率增高而减低。结论 :鼻咽癌细胞中E -cadherin的表达可降低bcl-2基因的表达 ,促进癌细胞凋亡。

Objective:To explore the influence between expression of Ecadherin and bcl-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) Methods:E-cadherin and bcl-2 was detected in 74 cases of NPC samples using immunohistochemical techique The expression percentage of E-cadherin and bcl-2 in every case of NPC was calculated The correlation between expressing E-cadherin and bcl-2 was tested by Wilcoxon signed Rank Test Results:E-cadherin was expressed in 72 cases of NPC,and positive cells ranged from 5% to 100% Bcl-2 was expressed in 65 cases of NPC The median positive percentage of bcl-2 was significantly lower than E-cadherin expression in NPC (P=0 003) Conclusion:The enhanced expression of Ecadherin may reduce bcl-2 expression,and accelerate the cancer cell apoptosis in NPC
