摘要
观察蘑菇受多种竞争性真菌危害的栽培生产料119块后,显示出:竞争性真菌危害面积百分率(X)和实际总产菇量(Y)成负相关,直线回归方程式 Y=1021.04-5.491X。危害面积百分率(X)和实际产菇损失率(Z)成正相关,直线回归方程式 Z=0.549X-2.182;以危害面积百分率乘50%后的变换估计损失率和实际损失率间的 t 测验后(t 值=1.939D-02)二组间无差异。从而提出蘑菇竞争性真菌危害的病情指数分级标准可采用:危害面积百分率法,或以危害面积百分率中,按统一地10%或20%的等差级数划分出的11级或6级标准。并提示以病情指数乘以50%可作为产菇量的危害损失率。
119 Nutrient pieces prepared for culture of mushroom,infectedwith competitive fungi had been observed,the result was that the percentage of infected area (X) was negatively interrelated with actual total product of mushroom (Y) and positively with product losses (Z)these can bc expressed as following regression equations:Y=1021.94-5.4914.X (r=|-0.9281|>P0.01)Z=0.549·X-2.182 (r=0.9281>P0.01) One half of the percentage of infected area was not significantly different with actual product losses,(T—test,T=1.939D—02<P0.9),it indicated that the percentage of infected area or it's presentative degrees made in the way of arithmetical progression can be used as the criterion of the infected index of nutrient piece prepared for culture of mushroom when it is infected with fungi competition in mushrooms,and the rate of product lois of mushroom was equal to fifty percent of the infected index.
