从技术基础和经济效益两方面进行分析论证 ,认为采用高强韧钢板 JG5 90替代普碳钢 Q2 3 5 B和低合金钢 Q3 4 5 B钢板制作钢结构构件 ,分别节约材料 40 %和 2 3 %以上 ,具有可观的经济、社会效益 。
