摘要
实验采用液膜体系分离富集镓 ,确定了该体系最适宜条件 ,6 % TOPO、 5% N2 0 5、 4 %液体石蜡和 85%正己烷 ,内相为 2 % H2 C2 O4水溶液 ,外相为 p H1.5的试液 ,油内比 ( Roi)为 1∶ 1,乳水比 ( Rew)为 15∶ 10 0 ,操作时温度 t=15~ 36℃ ,富集时间 10 m in。加入联合掩蔽剂、掩蔽干扰离子消除影响 ,选择性大大提高。在此条件下 ,许多共存离子都不被迁移富集 ,只有 Ga3 +透过液膜迁入内相中 ,镓的迁移富集率达 99.5%以上 ,内相中富集了较高浓度的 Ga3 +。
Experiments on separation enrichment and determination of Gallium with liquid membrane system were done. Excellent liquid membrane system was determined. This system was 6% TOPO, 5% N205,4% liquid paraffin, 85% hexan,internal phase-2% H 2C 2O 4,outer phase-pH 1 5 test liquid, R oi -1∶1, R ew -15∶100 ,operational temperature 15~36 ℃ ,enrichment time 10 min. Combination screening agents were added, interference ions were screened. Many coexisting ions were not moved enriched. Ga 3+ passed through liquid membrane and went to internal phase, enrichment rate of Gallium was 99 5% up. In the internal phase, many Ga 3+ were enriched.
