In this paper, ultimate load of UPC frame,the stress variation and ultimate stress of UPS in 18 UPC frames under vertical or horizontal cyclic loading has been discussed. The ultimate stress of UPS infects on ultimate load of UPC frames, has been analyzed in both qualitative and quantitative ways based on the test results combined with nonlinear analyzing model of prestressed concrete structures.
