Market structure of the banking industry as well as competition objective of banks determines the industry's efficiency.China's banking systems are not sufficiently competitive and consequently banks are not so efficient.It is critical to improve the situation that the banking industry must build into a reasonable and competitive objective market structure and concurrently in the micro level,banks must set up a competitive objective which composes a stimulating mechanism and strict corporate governance.
