摘要
本文介绍了我们对球壳角变形研究的全部成果,包括:(a)角变形构成理理;(b)绘制r-θ曲线,阐述角变形测量样板与球径的相应关系;(c)利用球与板的刚度对比建立力学模型.推出角变形和错边的附加应力计算式;(d)球壳角变形和错边最大组合应力的分析与计算(e)理论式与现役球实测应九值对比验证;(f)角变形区应力场与趋园理论;(g)探讨角变形附加应力图象及其属性;(h)角变形量控制的建议;(i)角变形计算式的使用范围。本文第1部分刊登在本学报上期。
All the achievements we have obtained in studying angle deformation ofspherical shell are introducod in this paper, They include (a) angle defor-mation constitute theory, (b)analysis of the corresponding relationship between angle measure sample plate, and spherical radius: r-θ, (c) derivation ofaddition stress calculation formula for angle deformation and alternateedge: mechanical model of stiffnesses comparison (d) analysis and calcu-lation of the maximum combination stress caused by spherical shell angledeformation and alternate edge, (e) comparing the theoretical value with themeasured stress value from spherical vessels in service, (f) the stress fieldon angle deformation area and the tendence circle theory. (g) discussion onthe figure of additional stress caused by angle deformation and its proper-ty, (h) proposition of allowance size of the angle deformation, (i) the su-itable range of the calculation formula for angle deformation.
