摘要 对进行长期自然气候曝露试验的改性 PVC 异型材比表面小样品跟踪检测,研究它们在化学、物理与力学性能方面的变化及其相互之间的关系,发现气候老化局限在曝露试样的表面层,它的力学性能的变化分为对气候老化层的发生与发展敏感的和不敏感的两类。认为这是由于改性 PVC 异型材的光分解—氧化反应的不均匀性分布和试样的比表面效应所致。这些正是开发具有合理的户外使用寿命的改性 PVC异型材的潜在基础。 The long-term outdoor weathering tests of modified PVC profile sampleswith small specific surface were continuously conducted.The changes of theirchemical,physical,and mechanical properties and their relationship were studi-ed.It was found that wearthering took place on the surface of exposed samples.Basing on the changes of machanical properties,it can be distinguished intosensitive and non-sensitive groups for the aged layers formation and growth,and resulted from the uneven distribution of photooxidation of modified PVCprofile and the specific surface effect of these specimens.It is really the po-tential basis for developing modified PVC profiles with a reasonable outdoorservice life.
