摘要
以山东省广泛栽培的马铃薯品种为材料 ,对影响马铃薯叶圆片植株再生的各种因素进行了探讨。研究发现 :在诱导分化培养基中附加 4mg/LAgNO3 可使鲁马一号叶圆片再生率由对照的 40 %提高到 81 % ,培养基中加入 0 2mg/L的ABA也能提高植株再生频率 ,但影响幅度不大 ,且高浓度ABA (>1mg/L)抑制再生。不同品种 (基因型 )。
In this study,we investigated the various factors affecting plant regeneration of several potato(Solanum tuberosum L )varieties grown in Shangdong Province The results showed that AgNO 3 in plant initiation medium played an important role in improving plant regeneration The most effective concentration for this chemical was 4mg per liter medium,which increased the regeneration frequency of Luma-1 from 40%(without AgNO 3)to 81% Another factor affecting regeneration was ABA The regeneration frequency of potato was enhanced by applying 0 2mg/L of ABA to the medium However,high concentration of ABA (>1mg/L) inhibited plant regeneration frequency In addition,different varieties (genotype),seedling age,type of explant also affected plant regeneration from leaf discs
