摘要
本试验结果表明 ,莱芜大姜的光合速率高于莱芜小姜。中部壮龄叶的光合作用强于基部叶 ,顶部嫩叶光合作用最弱。生姜全生长过程的光合速率变化呈单峰曲线 ,其光合作用的日变化 ,呈双峰曲线。生姜光合作用的适宜光强为 90 0~ 1 2 0 0 μmol·m-2 ·s— 1,适宜温度为 2 5~ 30℃。
The results of this experiment showed that the photosynthetic rate of ‘Laiwu Big Ginger’ was higher than of ‘Laiwu Small Ginger’ and that the photosynthetic rate was the highest in the middle leaves and lowest in the top leaves The change trend of the photosynthetic rate showed a single peak curve during the entire process of ginger growth,but the diurnal change trend showed a double peak curve The appropriate PFD and temperature for photosynthesis in ginger were 900-1200μmol m -2 s -1 ,25-30℃ respectively
