摘要
本文用丙酮和硫酸铵沉淀的方法将肥城桃 (Feichengpeach)多酚氧化酶部分纯化 ,纯化倍数为 5 1 1倍。研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠和硫脲对该酶活性的抑制类型。
Polyphenol oxidase from P persica (Feicheng peach) was partially purificated 5 11—fold by the methods of acetone and ammonium sulphate precipitation The modes of inhibition of the enzyme activity by sodium diethyldithiocarbamate and thiourea were investigated Results showed that two inhibitors were noncompetitive inhibitory patterns
