摘要
家蚕人工饲料育在我国至今尚未实用化 ,主要是因为没有培育出摄食性高、适应性强的蚕品种。要培育出人工饲料摄食性高的家蚕品种 ,必须对其摄食性遗传进行研究 ,弄清摄食性遗传机理。本文在前人研究的基础上 ,应用直观分析、方差分析和生物统计遗传学的方法 ,对摄食性较高的日系品种 5 4A和摄食性低的中系品种丰1及其杂交组合等共 1 0个世代进行遗传模式研究 ,得出家蚕对人工饲料摄食性遗传符合加性—显性—母性影响遗传模式。
Feeding on artificial diet of silkworm has not been realized in our country No good silkworm varieties with high eating habit and adaptability is the main reason In order to breed the high eating habit varieties,the eating inheritance mechanism must be made clear By using visual analysis,variance analysis and biological statistics,we studied on the inheritance model of artificial diet eating habit Japanese variety 54A,Chinese varitey Feng 1 and their cross forms were studied The results showed that the inheritance model of artificial diet accorded with additive-dominant-mother influence This result may give some reference in breeding a new silkworm variety of high-eating habit on artificial diet
